So here is the deal; got an internet quote from Spreen through Trucar that was WAY below all the other dealers for a 2011 Pilot. Drove out two days latter from Garden Grove and was told the color that was there that I wanted was now gone. So I settled on another color since the price was so good. I was told by my salesperson not to worry - I would get the quoted price. However, it took several hours (I got up to leave twice because they were trying to play around with the interest rate to inflate my payments). I knew they had 1.9% and that I was qualified for it so I stuck to my guns and refused to budge- they finally stopped all the games and gave me the rate and price I was quoted. Thankfully, the finance manager was great and did not play the games the sales team did.
