I have been disappointed with my experience at Spa Concepts, since it has grown in size. Since expansion, scheduling has been incorrect and frustrating. If I had not had a gift certificate, I would not have returned to Spa Concepts. I scheduled my last visit as a couples massage, and when my husband and I arrived, we were placed in two separate rooms. The manager was contacted and she attempted to place the blame on me, claiming that I might have made the reservation just the day before, when I actually made the reservation two weeks prior. Not only were we in separate rooms, but each of our rooms were small and cramped with irrelevant equipment. The only place for my clothes was the floor.....not a relaxing experience. My prior appointment was scheduled as a prenatal massage and was not planned as such when I arrived for the treatment. I lost time in my massage waiting to the room and staff to be rearranged. I have had better, more personal experience elsewhere and plan to return to the these other establishments.
