The staff are always kind and extremely helpful. The service is impeccable!

Worst

The massage didn't start on time but it finished right at 2:45. The delay was not due to me being late. It wasn't the best either. I was a bit disappointed for $85.

Relaxing and Perfect Manicure 11/18/2011

I came in late one Saturday and my visit was extremely relaxing. Danny always makes sure his manicure is perfect. I get a French Manicure with shellac. He even re-did two nails he was not happy with. I was his last appontment and he could have just sent me on my way. It is well worth the cost, because the manicure has lasted a full two weeks! I will continue to keep coming back and have already had many people tell me how nice my hands look! Thank You! more

Recent Massage 11/16/2011

Typically have fantastic massages. Had one yesterday with Kimberly at Ashley Ridge. It was late in the day and I was her last appt. She was very professional, but I felt that further training may benefit her. Her skills weren't that often experienced with other therapists. Very nice person though. Thanks more

Great Manicure! 11/14/2011

Came in late on a Saturday. It was very quiet and relaxing! Danny was wonderful and even re-did two nails he was not happy with! A great french manicure! And it is totally lasting-makes it worth the money for shellac! more

Fantastic spa treatments! 11/9/2011

I loved my massage and facial! Would get 5 stars if the lobby/entrance atmosphere was truly Aveda-like - quiet, serene, with wonderful smells. It is a bit loud & smelly due to the nail salon being right next to the front door. more

Total experience 11/9/2011

The experience was wonderful, except for the 45 minute wait between the massage and the facial. Management did not inform me that they were behind schedule. The pedicure was the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. more

I always love my visit at SPA CONCEPTS !!!!!! I so love Jessica - she is the bomb at doing my hair. Love Love Love the new area for the Hair Salon....Enjoyed talking to Ms. Kim........very classy lady. Will see ya'll again on the 18th - That is the day my precious daughter gets married. Massage with Joy Sims 11/1/2011

I just went through 2 months of training and 6 months in Afghanistan. My neck, shoulders and back took a toll sleeping in a lumpy bed and from carrying around extra equipment. I just returned and a few days later I was making my appt for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. My Masseuse was Joy Sims and she was fabulous. To be honest she is one of the nicest people I have EVER met and she did a super job. I'm going to recommend her to all of my friends!!!! more

Massage was great! Upset about the problem with the date. Asked for Friday, told Friday. Scheduled for Saturday. That was a pain to change my schedule. Took time off work to make Friday time happen. more

Fabulous party, horrible management problem 10/28/2011

We booked massages, manicures and pedicures for 7 people over a month ago. We arrives for our appointment and apparently they did not have adequate staff for our party. The mani/pedi staff and massage staff was fabulous but management was terrible. I was very disappointed as I go to Spa Concepts often. We were there for my sisters wedding and they left her sitting there alone for over 30 minutes twice. Will never take a large party there again. more

Chairs are more comfortable. It is alot of chairs in one room seems alittle jammed in. TV might be nice or soothing music. more
