The staff are always kind and extremely helpful. The service is impeccable!

Worst

The massage didn't start on time but it finished right at 2:45. The delay was not due to me being late. It wasn't the best either. I was a bit disappointed for $85.

Great massage & facial 9/25/2011

I've had terrific facials from both Serena & Erin, I hate when they're over! Recently, I had a great massage from Melissa. I love the atmosphere, everyone is always so friendly & the women making the appointments always try to accommodate my crazy schedule! Thanks Spa Concepts!! Can't wait to make my next appt! more

Great Service! 9/25/2011

Recently got a shellac manicure and I could not be more pleased. Very nice job done by Danny. He spent a long time getting my old shellac off but never complained or hurried. Very professional! Will return to Spa Concepts for all my nail services! more

A Wonderful Experience! 9/24/2011

I received a shellac manicure and was treated like I was the only customer there! Very personal and made sure the manicure was done perfectly. Danny took extra time getting the old shellac off but never rushed or complained. He is very professional and I will only go to Spa Concepts for future nail services. more

Great Experience 9/19/2011

This first time I went to was the day of a friend's wedding and my nails were a disaster. It was suggested by a technician that I try the new gel-shellac treatment. It looked wonderful and I loved that it was my own nails. Although there was some problem with the application, the manager and employees at Spa Concepts repaired every nail at no charge and were exceptionally courteous and gracious in doing so. The salon is immaculate and relaxing and the Aveda product selection is fabulous and the specialists are extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit and plan on trying more of their vast array of services. more

My experience started out really bad at first due to miscommunication about my appointment time. I was livid because this was not the first time this had happened to me or my friends who frequent your establishment. On a good note, Sabrina made everything right. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I left there happy and relaxed. Sabrina is a big plus to your business. If it had not been for her I would have never come back to spa concepts. more
