The service I received was so poor. The results were even poorer. A basic wax for your face is apparently not a high priority. I left with facial hair and burns. My eyebrows were chopped and no wonder I wasn't offered a mirror to see the results since they were awful. I was given a discount but this kind of service should have been free. I was using a gift card and had looked forward to a nice experience only to be told they had another appt and they were sorry but they just didn't have time to take care of my little wax properly. I started to let it go but since you asked I thought I'd tell you the truth.
