The staff are always kind and extremely helpful. The service is impeccable!

Worst

The massage didn't start on time but it finished right at 2:45. The delay was not due to me being late. It wasn't the best either. I was a bit disappointed for $85.

I pretty much enjoyed my experience there. Everyone was friendly... My complaints would be the services cost more than I was told they would be over the phone and also the pedicure I received left me with a Slit on my Heel which caused pain in my foot which caused me to not to enjoy the rest of my vacation as much. more

Professional, Friendly Service 12/4/2011

Beautiful and relaxing place. The only thing I would change about my day there would be the massage. The lady seem to be rushing through the hour, didn't really focus on my problem areas (neck/shoulder) and hardly used pressure after asking her to do so. Basically it felt like I was being rubbed down with oil and no massage taking place. more

I have always had great experiences with Spa Concepts. Very personable, caring staff...Miss Kim is so very nice, and always makes certain the client is happy, and of course I think Isaiah is the best...I've been going there over the past six or seven years. Very down to earth, with the latest procedures. I like that in a salon. more
