I called this company to fix my furnace and was told it was "DEAD" and cannot be repaired... as the guy, Don, referred to it. I asked exactly why... not expecting a question he fumbled for words and said something is shorted out and handed me a $4,500 bill to replace it. I told him to leave and found someone else, local family owned company who fixed it and it cost me much less..... and works absolutely fine!!! more

I would recommend South West Plumbing 7/26/2010

Had a problem - made a call - and they were here. The personnel sent out diagnosed the problem, suggested what needed to be done to correct the situation and scheduled the very next day to complete the work. They kept in touch, notified us when they were arriving and stayed until the job was completed. It was a good experience. I would recommend South West Plumbing to my friends more

Southwest Plumbing’s Sales Tactics make Used Car Salesmen look like ANGELS. 1) Southwest Plumbing flipped off the metal pilot light cover from my water heater and without any inspection, said “you need a new furnace ($1,300) and a new re-circulating pump ($600). 2) They refused to show me how to use my existing re-circulating pump but said they'd show me when the new one was installed. 3) After installing the new water heater only, they turned off the existing re-circulating pump so I couldn’t verify if it needed replaced. 4) When I asked them to inspect the existing re-circulating pump after it was removed – they refused. *** Lesson learned: Only use independent contractors that charge a flat fee per hour. more
