Southwest plumbing’s Sales Tactics make Used Car Salesmen look like ANGLES.
1) Southwest Plumbing took the metal cover off my water heater and without any inspection, said “you need a new furnace ($1,300) and a new circulating pump ($600).
2) They refused to show me how to use my existing re-circulating pump but would show me when the new one was installed.
3) After installing the new water heater only, they turned off the existing re-circulating pump so I couldn’t verify if it needed replaced.
4) When I asked them to inspect the existing re-circulating pump – they refused.
*** Lesson learned: Only use independent contractors that charge a flat fee per hour.
