ONE STAR and FIVE STARS: I give them one star specifically for the way they handle their main phone lines. They are horrible at this aspect of their business. 50% of the time you'll wait on the line with an automated recording telling you to hold for the next available person. After about 5 minutes you're transferred to a voice mail that tells you the messages are checked "periodically" and they'll get back to you as soon as they can. SERIOUSLY?? I tried for two days straight to get through to someone and left multiple messages, just to change an appointment. The only saving grace was that I had the direct line to my doctor's nurse. I hated to resort to calling her for something like this but I was left with no other choice. Through her and only because of her, someone called me back. I give them five stars because the people within SRM are amazing. My doctor and her nurse have been absolutely wonderful in every possible way. I've seen the same doctor every time (Dr. Kennedy) and it's never even been suggested to me that I could or would see another doctor. My surgery, done by Dr. Kennedy was handled well. The financial coordinator in Bellevue is knowledgeable and has done a ton of work with my insurance to make sure everything is covered correctly. My experience so far has been highly personalized. As I mentioned, I have the direct line to the doctor's nurse and she's the only one I've ever talked to. The locations are very nice and seem state of the art. I highly recommend going here - if you can get through to someone to make an appointment. Their lab took money to conduct tests which they never did. Very slow staff, does not respond to phone calls or voice mail. Hangs up on the customer to hide their incompetence. AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE PAIN IN DEALING WITH THEIR STAFF. more

I had the absolute worst experience with an IUI (intra-uterine insemination) at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. First of all this clinic is too frugal to have a doctor perform this procedure. Instead they send their nurses to do the insemination. The first nurse that attempted my IUI couldn't even find my uterus! Now, I'm a fairly fit women, so I don't understand what the issue could be. Spending a few thousand just to have an inexperience nurse fumble around isn't what I was expecting. Don't waste your money here. more

I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff at SRM. They treated my husband and I as if we were the most important people they had seen that day. I have friends that went there too and felt the same way. more
