Shanna is a brilliant hair artist. She transforms her clients beautifully. I'm always amazed how fabulous I look when I leave, but even more amazed that her color and styling magic is so perfected, I look good for months after. Shanna has that special talent that simply flows. Shhhh! Shanna also does my Great Lengths hair extensions. They're gorgeous, and best of all, no one knows. I never looked so good. Shanna exceeds expectations! 6/27/2007

Shanna is fantastic and tells me that the City Search reviews are to be trusted! She encouraged me to take a risk w/ a new style but then was willing to re-do when I wanted something different. She is easy to talk to and it is enjoyable to be sitting in her chair for an hour. I've found my new stylist! more

I've been a client of Shanna's for 15 years and have very fine, difficult hair. After all these years, Shanna still asks what I'd like to have done with each appointment, listens, offers suggestions based on new hair technology and products, and makes the entire haircut experience loads of fun! She's fantastic with cuts, perms, color and everything else in between, not to mention a great sense of humor. And, she's always on time! Fantastic for most of us with busy schedules. Shanna invests a lot of time with the lastest training, trends and techniques and it shows each time you walk out of the salon. The salon itself is very quaint and welcoming with a very relaxing, but fun atmosphere. If you're in Shanna's hands, you won't be disappointed! I had my first appointment with Shanna the other day & I couldn't be happier. She was right on with my color and cut. In the past my hair appointments would take 2 1/2 to sometimes 3 hours but with Shanna I was out of there in 90 minutes. Shanna is amazing and I look forward to my next appointment with her! Best Hair Stylist Ever!!!!!!! 6/5/2007

Shanna Is absolutely amazing! I've known her for about one year and now wish that I had never gone anywhere else. I met her just as I needed to find a new stylist and was nervous because of a bad experience I had had previously. She made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. The salon is so welcoming and I feel relaxed every time I go . Even though I wear my hair long and don't need to go in very often, I find myself wishing that I could anyway. Talented, fun hairdresser 5/17/2007

I have known Shanna for almost 10 years. I have curly hair that I regularly color and she always has ideas for styles and products for my type of hair. Also, she understands what people with curly hair want because she has curly hair! I would recommend Shanna to almost anyone (with straight or curly hair) because she has a good eye for what styles work with different face shapes and she is always up on the latest products for coloring and maintaining healthy hair. She'll also keep you entertained if you have to sit in her chair for hours getting extensions. I highly recommend Shanna! more

Has been my first and ONLY stylist for 9 years! 5/15/2007

Shanna has been the greatest ever since the first time I met her. She saved my hair that day and made me feel so comfortable in her stylist chair! As a 25 year old, I constantly change my style, and Shanna has been there every step of the way. She has colored and textured my hair over the years, and every time she has done something, I have gotten fabulous compliments. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! In fact, I have recommended her to my friends, and they love her too! more

Best Hair Extensions and color!!!!! 5/11/2007

I have the most amazing hair now!! I was sent to Shanna by a friend of mine. I was looking to add volume and some highlights to my hair. Shanna gave me the best color I have ever had(and let me tell you it has beed quite a few) And now my hair is soooo thick and beautiful. I have more confidence than I have ever had . And what a personality she has. I was in her chair for 5hrs. It was a pleasure. THANK YOU SHANNA! Go see her you will be happy you did!!! more

Shanna is the best hairstylist around. I've been going to her for 10 years and will trust my hair to noone else. People ask who does my hair and I tell them Shanna at Catena's. She is very professional and lets you know what style works for you. When I go in for a cut and color, she'll ask how I want my hair and I tell her to surprise me. I'm never disappointed. I was blessed with her service after my long-time stylist moved out of state and recommended Shanna as the next best thing...I AGREE! Absolutely the best in Austin 5/3/2007

Shanna's skills are worth every cent. She always knows exactly what I want with minimal description and executes it perfectly. My hair is extremely thick and wavy-- a combination that's proven difficult to other ""premier"" stylists. I hadn't had a hair cut I was 100% satisfied with in years until a friend recommended Shanna to me. Nothing besides one of us moving would make me go to another hair stylist. more

Shanna has been my hair stylist for over ten years which speaks volumes. She is extremely professional, dependable and creative. She has always been there for me through cuts, colors and special needs. I trust her completely with all my hair care needs and some personal ones too! Best hair stylist 4/17/2007

I initially followed my sister's recommendation to try Shanna as a stylist. That was about 5 years ago. Shanna is awesome at what she does. She always knows what cut and color will complement not only my face shape and hair type but also my personality! I like to change my hair style pretty often, and Shanna is always ready with a new idea. Having Shanna cut my hair is such a pampering experience. It's like therapy. more

Super Stylist 3/18/2007

Shanna is one of those stylists who's not happy unless your cut and color are perfect. She strives to improve her skills so that she has the best to offer her clients. I've been with her for 14 years and never get bored with my cut. I get stopped often and asked who does my hair. (I've referred two people in the last 2 months.) My color is so natural that folks who don't know me find it hard to believe that I'm prematurely gray. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more
