Shanna is fantastic and tells me that the City Search reviews are to be trusted! She encouraged me to take a risk w/ a new style but then was willing to re-do when I wanted something different. She is easy to talk to and it is enjoyable to be sitting in her chair for an hour. I've found my new stylist!
