Great staff, always receive help or information when requested. Fry supermarket less than three blocks. 3 casinos within 10 to 20 min drive. Scottsdale Road has all the services you might need. Three movie theature within 10 to 20 min drive. Great Park to run/walk on the south side of apartments. All in all I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Attend Rock Church for 10:00 services on Sunday,Scottsdal Road. Of all the websites (12) searched, this was the only one to respond and accommodate. Take advantage of the free coupons at the front desk. Take care and good luck. more

Loving Scottsdale park n suites 7/15/2013

Have been living here for 2 weeks and love it. Well maintained with lots of freebies - golf, fitness, bowling, food and more which gives it really good value! Good location with easy access to Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa. Walking distance to supermarket and shops! Adjacent green belt is also a real plus. more

Provided everything I needed...Great. 2/4/2013

As a medical student, I don't have much time to worry about food, security, etc. Scottsdale Park Suites provided everything I needed and I will highly recommend to future medical students from my school. more

Great break from poor weather up north 12/23/2012

Great Break from poor weather in Vancouver. B.C. Took advantage of free golf almost everyday. Took advantage of the fee meals they give out and the free car washes. I would go back there to enjoy the one bedroom apt. the next time I go to Phoenix. more

My wife and I leased for 18 months and loved every minute of living here. Management is meticulous in all aspects of the SPS: grounds, facilities, maintenance, customer service, everything! There is no other hotel/apartment in metro Phoenix that can compare to the benefits of living here! SPS has been everything we hoped it would be 9/7/2012

We needed a temporary residence from which we could establish a more permanent residence in a place we did not know. SPS has been the perfect spot. Th staff is great - efficient, accommodating, and pleasant. Our apartment is very clean and has been maintained on an ongoing basis. We have been safe and comfortable. more

Excellent service/Accommodations at reasonable price. 8/16/2012

The SPS apartments are pretty decent even though the building is old. They are clean, nicely painted, and have nice carpet. Most of all, the a/c is cold. The staff is very helpful and are timely in getting back to you. Overall, I like living here. Good location and reasonable price. Maybe change the faucets in the kitchens (hard to wash dishes). more

Suite place to stay 7/28/2012

Ive lived in Phoenix and east valley most my life and have never heard of a place that throws in all these free ticket items My wife and I were looking for a place to spend our anniversary and someone recommended Scottsdale Park Suites We came in late Friday and the office girl left all of my free tickets in the room along with some bottled water, we got settled and drove to the free ice cream spot in old Scottsdale walked around after dinner and had a great time The place is dead quiet at night when we came back, we came to get away from noise and this was the spot We will be back!
