Have been living here for 2 weeks and love it. Well maintained with lots of freebies - golf, fitness, bowling, food and more which gives it really good value! Good location with easy access to Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa. Walking distance to supermarket and shops! Adjacent green belt is also a real plus.
