great company the drivers are very respectful. I had a great response time with them every time i have called them the price i payed for the towing was decent compared to other tow companys in the area. I would recomend them to anybody more

We called Schimka prior to them towing a commercial vehicle for us. The price over the phone sounded reasonable so we had them provide service. Once the bill came in, we found we were charged for service that they had not provided and extra time that resulted from them having to pull the tow truck off the road because they had hooked the equipment up immproperly to begin with.\r \r When I called and requested that they take a look at the charges because it had thought they were incorrerct, I was told by the manager that they had to bill out the work as it was turned in by the tow truck drivers, and there was no alterative.\r \r It is one thing to do provide poor workmanship, it is another to charge for extra work resulting from such poor workmanship, and it is unforgivable for rmanagement not to even review such concerns when broughyt to the managements attention from a customer.\r \r Apparently at Schimka, the fish does rot from the head down. I only gave them 1 star because no stars isn't an option. The owner of this company is a crook and a thief. He inflates charges for private tows, uses cheap, old parts for repairs, and treats his employees worse than any boss I have ever come across. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MORE MONEY, CAUSE IT DOESN'T GO TO HIS EMPLOYEES, IT ALL GOES IN HIS POCKET!!! more

We've had to use them on a few occasions for towing. You don't like to have to use a towing service, but I've got to tell you that these guys are the best if you need them. They come out and jump started our cars and towed them. They are very good at their jobs, nice polite and good people to deal with. more
