I live outside Buffalo and needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon. Roto-Rooter had a tech come out free of charge and give a free estimate to fix the shower and toilet. Our Tech Andy was knowledgeable and friendly. He made recommendations about what was needed, not what cost the most. He took care of the issues and cleaned up afterwords. I would recommend to anyone.
