We recently called Roto-Rooter to replace a toilet. Roto-Rooter assigned technician, Erik P, to this project. Before coming Erik called us to let us know which brand we should purchase and an estimated price of the toilet seat and tank. When he reached our house, he opened the package and found that the tank has a small defect in it. He went to the hardware store by himself to get a replacement for the broken piece. It was a great gesture on his part because I was at work and my wife could not have left the house with our 4 year old to go to the hardware store. Erik did a perfect job and was extremely nice to talk to.
