I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Worst

I was very dissapointed on how loud it was is the Tranquility Room. Way to many women who had no respect for those who were trying to relax. Women having long, loud conversations,...

Color and Cut 1/23/2012

I have been comming here for years. The only downfall is that everytime I find someone I like to cut my hair...They leave. I have found that I now just go with whomever is available and that so far has worked for me. I have been happy with the service that I have received and I'm also thankful that they are open on Sunday's. That is a major plus. more

Great Cut 1/23/2012

I went in for a big change...my hair was to about the middle of my back and now it's just to my shoulders. Yves did a great job understanding what I was looking for and gave me a fantastic cut. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the price. I feel this cut was worth every penny, but not sure a routine cut would be. more

appointment 1/22/2012

The person at the desk said she was going to send me my new appointment time and I haven't received it yet. No one took my coat when I got there. Too many young women hanging around. If I was already checked in why do they keep asking me who my appointment was with and what time. more

Spa Pedicure 1/21/2012

Robert Andrews is a beautiful full service salon, offering a relaxing & enjoyable pedicure. Greeted with a warm smile & "hello", taken on time, room/ equipment neat & clean. There are many choices of new & the latest nail polishes. Both Lara & Katie are extremely professional as well as patient giving the best pedicures ever! more

As always Allison did a great job. The greeter was extremely courteous, tall blonde young lady, I think she was cashier as well, very customer centric. the only down side was the wait, probably 45 min after my appt. more

Above and beyond service! 1/20/2012

Normally I leave with wet hair and go home to style. However I mentioned to my colorist that I had to go back to work and she "rough" dried it. My hair looked great and I ran off back to work! Always a pleasure and relaxing to have my hair done--- the ceilings are so high that you never smell the fumes from all the clients getting their hair done including my own! Truly a piece of heaven! more

Extended Bikini w/Lucinda 1/19/2012

I had an extended bikini wax with Lucinda on Jan 15th at 9:00am. When I got home later that day and took a good look at her work, I was VERY disappointed. There was hair still left where she had/should have waxed, the line across the top is crooked, she didn't wax down the sides of my area, and she left wax on me. Lucinda was very pleasant, very easy to talk to, we had a very nice conversation, however, her waxing skills SUCK. I am NOT happy with my wax job. Monday morning I had stubble. There is no way I should have stubble one day after a waxing. I'm scheduled for a redo waxing w/Sunny on Jan 21st.... Lucinda will not ever do a wax job for me again. more

Hair color with Cindy 1/19/2012

I look forward to my experience at Robert Andrews every time I go. It's a treat I give to myself and I am unlikely to give it up anytime soon. Everyone there makes it special and Cindy is excellent she knows her stuff. I highly reccomend Robert Andrews especially if you like to be pampered. more

Experience at salon 1/19/2012

My 1/17 experience was great, altho when I called Bobbi to tell her I had an issue that needed to be fixed (haircut) a day after my December appt, she never received my message. This is not the first time she has not received my message. Very poor front desk professionalism in getting messages to your employees. As a result, I had to go elsewhere to have the haircut "fixed" and Bobbi was rightfully upset she didn't (a) get my message and (b) get a chance to fix it for me. Doreen Wood more

If you want a soothing yet deep tissue massage. That challenges every sore muscle in your body. Then Robert is the massuse for you. Highly skilled. And compassionate and caring.ive been going to him over 6 yrs now. I highly reccomend the spa and robert. more

I was given a Holiday Stress Package from my husband for Christmas.This included a full body massage and body silk.Jan was outstanding with the silk and Susan was perfect for the massage. Plan on seeing both of them again. more

This salon is clean, well appointed, warm and friendly. don't be fooled by its size. Each area is "an island unto itself". We were three of us going for mani/pedi and we were all happy. more
