I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Great, Friendly Service 1/27/2012

I've been a client at Robert Andrew for several years, having had manicures, pedicures, facials, and dozens of hair appointments. The service is always friendly, professional, and guaranteed. There have been two or three occasions where I was disappointed with a new hair style or coloring, but I simply called, explained my problem and got an appointment to fix the problem (always to my satisfaction) without having to pay more money. They're the best! more

I enjoyed the service. The person that did my treatment was very professional. She gave a wonderful massage and worked with ease. The setting was very nice. I didn't enjoy the particular treatment as much as other things I've enjoyed at the spa, so I'd try something different next time but the overall experience great. more

I was very dissatisfied with my visit. I was scheduled for a foil highlight and hair cut, after 2hrs and 45 minutes I left with a wet head in thirty degree weather. more

Always have a great experience with my hairstyulist, and the assistants who shampoo. My stylist is great at understanding what I want for my color, highlights, style. She listens and advises. more

Wonderful as always 1/24/2012

We had a small group come for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was her first "real" spa experience and it couldn't have been any better. All of our appointments were scheduled as requested and we ended up side by side in the pedi chairs just like we wanted. It's rare that it works out that way even though we always try. You pulled it off. Thank you! more

Bobbie always makes my hair look great! I don't want people to notice that I've gotten my gray colored or highlights put in...I just want it to look naturally beautiful. And I love that!! She has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I am sticking with her. more

Robert Andrew is the best spa I have ever been to. I am a regular. All the services are first rate. The staff is competent, friendly and really fun to be with. I just had a facial and massage and was thrilled with the results. The facilities are also fabulous--always clean and soothing. The relaxation lounge is one of my favorite places in the world where I can just escape for an hour or so after a service and emerge fresh and rejuvenated. Treat yourself to this spa: you will emerge happy and relaxed and ready to take on the world!!!! more

Your staff and facility are wonderful. I did not like the sales part after my appointment. I did purchase some of the products and now I can not get one of them to dispense the produce..... this was rather expensive and will be calling your facility today concerning this matter. more

First Visit 1/23/2012

I'm switchimg from a DC salon where i'd become dissatisfied, so this was my 1st visit to RA. I met with Jillian, we talked about what led mme to RA, discussed my color and previous treatments. She had suggestions about immediate concerns & talked about possibilities for the future; nice trim for my chin length hair-point is: she listened to what i discussed & mixed in ideas of her own. I really like the color & glaze that she selected. Hair is soft, color more natural & soft. Megan worked with Jillian, washing my hair, taking care of some things- great hands, felt like I had a scalp massage! Unexpected treat: they were offering free makeup demos. Jillian set me up with Joan who had really good ideas. I liked what she tried & plan on scheduling an appt for a full hour. Place is very attractive, really liked the 'extras' and am looking forward to trying many new services. I think services are very reasonably priced. I think I've found a very special place! more

I love having Brian cut my hair. Every time I leave the salon, I feel I've just stepped out of the pages of a fashion magazine! The service at the salon is great. You don't get that kind of personalized attention everywhere. more
