My 1/17 experience was great, altho when I called Bobbi to tell her I had an issue that needed to be fixed (haircut) a day after my December appt, she never received my message. This is not the first time she has not received my message. Very poor front desk professionalism in getting messages to your employees. As a result, I had to go elsewhere to have the haircut "fixed" and Bobbi was rightfully upset she didn't (a) get my message and (b) get a chance to fix it for me. Doreen Wood more
