Real Property Management manages our rental properties and takes care of maintenance that's due on the property. 90% of the time, when we put a work order in, they check it out and get it fixed. The other 10% of the time, they they're kind of lacking. We'll put in a work order and never hear from them. But no matter where you go, you'll always have your hiccups.
