The people at Real Property Management are amazing and they are dealing with a change in their accounting system that is apparently extremely frustrating for them and for the homeowners. They have bent over backwards trying to work with the homeowners so it is not as frustrating. It might be better to go back to the old system and just work out the glitches, rather than spend so much time trying to unravel the whole mess with the new accounting system. If there is any way to change back, the old system was efficient. Adel spent hours with me because I am frustrated; I should be able to go in and do what I need to do. The team there is fabulous- between Adel and the rest of the team that does maintenance, they are really on the ball. They are always ready to reach for a solution, and they are always available and accessible to talk to. The issue with the accounting system is a corporate issue, but these people work so hard to make sure that clients are dealt with in an efficient and fair fashion. They should be getting kudos for dealing with the situation and coming out ahead. I would say that anyone should go to them; they are really good at what they do. They are very personable in the way the handle their clients and professional about the service they provide. I would definitely recommend Real Property Management.
