Worst thing.. ready for a shower at the end of the day and NO hot water. Called Rainaldi and they sent Jose A. out next day. He quickly found my problem which was an electric fire! EEK! He called the office and in 30 minutes a new tank arrived. Jose was knowledgeable and courteous. more

I had Jose Arroyo come out from Rinaldi Plumbing for an emergency. House was flooding and he took care of everything. I called Rinaldi and within an hour Jose was at my house. Jose is the best EVER! I will only use Jose Arroyo and Rinaldi Plumbing. more

I can not complain about the service tech, but to be charged $ 79.00 dollars for twenty minutes of diagnostics when i already told Rainaldi that my unit was low on freon is one issue. The other issue was being told that r410a would cost me $ 150.00 per pound and it would take approx. 2 1/2 pounds. On average r410a freon is only approx. $90,00 to $130,00 per lb , per 25 lb sold to the contractor. MAGA - BS- THIEVES - ROBBERS more

i called and Cole reach within 45mins of my call. He is the most pleasant person anyone could ask for. He made sure he got the job complete. I called to set up an appointment for a customer of mine and they did not even create a ticket so when I called back 4 hours later to get an update the after hours rep told me they had no ticket for this customer. After refusing to pay the emergency charge I was told that they will not go out. I originally called at 1pm on Tuesday, which is not emergency hours. Even more went on to much to type and finally a guy showed up at 8pm. He could not fix the PVC pipe bc it was irrigation not a water pipe. To me that is unreal that a plumbing company cannot fix a PVC pipe so he charged me over $200 to cap the pipe for which I had to call an irrigation company that fixed the whole thing for $85. Rainaldi is a dirty business that is way to expensive and they wouldn't even fix the water pipe issue is called about. I will never call them or recommend them for any of my customers ever again. more

Over the weekend I had a sink/plumbing issue. Eric called me right away and drove close to 40 minutes to make sure my needs were met. He was patient, kind, detailed and took the time to explain what was wrong with my sink. I know he would have rather been home with his family, but he did not rush to finish the job and was pleasant and respectful the whole time he was in my home. I would happily recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for someone to service their home. Thank you Eric! more

When scheduling a kitchen faucet and double sink drain install, I asked for a ballpark price range. None was given but said that they would work within your budget. The tech called and said he would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. He actually arrived in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I had supplied most all the parts needed for the install. The tech looked at the job and went and got his iPad to provide me a cost estimate. The first thing he showed me was the cost to install a customer supplied faucet is $360. I was willing to spend $500 for the complete job that should take an experienced plumber less than 2 hours to complete. The second thing he showed me was to install a sink strainer was over $300 and I had two of them, so the price so far was almost $1000. and he didn't even get to quoting me the drain part of the install. At that point, I asked him to leave because the price was outrageous and by his body language, he didn't seem to want to do the job anyway. We were a good and loyal customer of Rainaldi, having them replumb 2 houses and service our heat pump. However this experience left a bad taste and it's unlikely that we will call them in the future. Our job was a simple and straightforward request that should have been approached with common sense and a fair hourly rate. I ended up doing it myself in a few hours. more

Jesse and Ron were both friendly and helpful, Jesse re the water supply and Ron re the AC/Heat. Ron explained a couple of things I didn't know about my furnace, and he showed me an alternative way to deal with my filters, which are difficult to get out for changing. Good to know! more
