Office staff was friendly and professional in explaining services and costs. Scheduled appt. for next day. Technician arrived within 45 mins of his call to inform me he was on way. Nick S. was polite and he too explain everything that he was going to do. After performing service he left the work area clean and free of debris. Great employee more

Drain Treatment 6/7/2019

Eric did an excellent job, he was very fast and efficient. He located the blockage and fixed the problem within an hour. I highly recommend asking for Eric when calling Rainaldi for any plumbing problems. more

Excellent A/C service 6/7/2019

After the initial problem with setting up the appointment(via online and then through answering service), the actual appointment went well. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and speedy yet thorough. I will definitely request him if I need service again. He also provided tips on keeping the A/C drain line clean. I recommend Rainaldi for your A/C needs! more

Shower Leak Repair 6/4/2019

After trying, unsuccessfully, to repair a shower leak myself I contacted Rainaldi for help. John C. came out and was able to replace a stuck Moen Shower core. I was very impressed with John's knowledge. He was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me which I appreciated. Within an hour the leak was fixed and the shower now works perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Rainaldi, and especially John, to anyone needing a plumbing repair. This is the second time I have used Rainaldi and if I ever have another plumbing issue I will be calling them again. more

Exceptional Service! 5/29/2019

My mother and I feel blessed that Rainaldi Home Services has provided us with Adam M. to solve our plumbing problem. Not only did he explain the problem and the options available as well as the prices for each one. He was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. He was also a great listener, and he did an extraordinary job with fixing the problem. He left everything clean and tidy. He advised us. Adam M. also gave us peace of mind. Sewage backing up - blocked line. 5/28/2019

Technician was a pleasure. Blockage was cleared in less than 30 minutes of arrival with industrial snake. No estimate given. Total bill. -$273.55! I was shocked. Could have had septic tank pumped for less. more

Cole is an outstanding and dedicated professional 5/25/2019

Cole was the Technician Rainaldi sent to my home after I made an appointment relating to a clogged shower in my home. He took the time to explain in a very detailed manner what he would do before hand. During the work he was very careful, efficient and fast. Afterwards he explained what the problem had been and how to prevent it in the future. Cole besides an excellent plumber has outstanding customer service skills. Plumbing Review 5/23/2019

Cole H of Rainaldi Plumbing was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my plumbing issue he discovered a sluggish flush of one of my toilets. With patience and thoroughness he found a calcium buildup from our hard water clogging the small hole in the toilet bowl that forces the water to flush out. I would recommend Rainaldi Plumbing and Cole H for any plumbing issues you may have. more

Left a mess 5/15/2019

After the re-pipe the premises were left dusty and dirty, sweat marks on the kitchen cabinets drywall dust all over the kitchen counter and on the coffee maker,and floors. the bathroom was unusable with the dirt and dust left in there. Pieces of pie and fitting were on the floors throughout the premises. I called to complain and was told to write an email as I did and have still not heard back from anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Active Water Leak 4/30/2019

Adam was our serviceman and was extremely thorough in his inspection and determining the amount of damage. He continually kept us informed of what he was checking and the results of each step in plain easy to understand language. We have used Rainaldi Home Services several times in the past and have always enjoyed the highest professionalism, quick service and fair prices.
