Over the weekend I had a sink/plumbing issue. Eric called me right away and drove close to 40 minutes to make sure my needs were met. He was patient, kind, detailed and took the time to explain what was wrong with my sink. I know he would have rather been home with his family, but he did not rush to finish the job and was pleasant and respectful the whole time he was in my home.
