I can not complain about the service tech, but to be charged $ 79.00 dollars for twenty minutes of diagnostics when i already told Rainaldi that my unit was low on freon is one issue. The other issue was being told that r410a would cost me $ 150.00 per pound and it would take approx. 2 1/2 pounds. On average r410a freon is only approx. $90,00 to $130,00 per lb , per 25 lb sold to the contractor. MAGA - BS- THIEVES - ROBBERS
