I was fortunate to have Jess Mortensen answer the service call I made to have a shower valve switched out. I was doubly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be asking for Jess specifically if I need any more plumbing assistance in the future. He took the time and explained exactly what was going to happen, made sure I was comfortable with the set-up, and didn't leave until he was sure both my wife and I were satisfied with the job.
