Great job Pioneer, your HOA customer service department rocks! Janice assisted me quickly in getting clarification on my account. I received a statement and couldn?t make sense of it. I?ve always paid my account in full at the start of the year and couldn?t understand why I owed late fees. \r \r Janice took the time to listen to what I had to say and quickly got a response back to me. She answered all of my questions and got my account corrected. That?s the fastest turnaround time in customer service I?ve ever received. more

We bought our home in Pfugerville using pioneer. We bought it with the intent to retire to the Austin area. While we lived in Mass, they kept it leased and covering the costs. We used pioneer to manage our property with a good relationship, however, they really came through when they introduced me to Jon Hubble, Sales coordinator, when it came time to sell my investment. Jon informed me of the market and we asked for more than I thought I could get. Two weeks later, Jon had it under contract and we closed 30 days later. Did well by me, I had a question regarding homeowners association requirements and had the information and forms I needed in a couple of hours. No leaving a phone message or unanswered emails. more

My husband and I recently purchases a house with the HOA managed by Pioneer. We had an urgent situation that required approval by our HOA before we could move forward with a remedy. Standard operating procedures stated the HOA could take ""up to 30 days for approval"" but we did not have that long to wait. We submitted the requisite paperwork in the morning, and with a little prodding, had a response in the late evening. Everything worked out satisfactory and things would not have gotten done without the diligence of the Pioneer employees. more

I was not happy with Pioneer Services. As a homeowner for over a year I had never met with management thru conversations in e-mails I was told to refer to the president of the HOA ( who rents his unit does not even live in the same state) the Pioneer Real Estate Services is never available whether I go in person or call over phone Paul (owner and property manager of my unit) always seems to be out or busy or on the phone. I had a fire with damages in excess of 25,000 I asked to talk with him I as told ok you have 10 min. Several other residents have similar complaints. We will be voting for another Service when the contract is over more

Pioneer Properties has been our property management company 10 or 11 years.They showed a great amount of professionalism in dealing with the community and Board.I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful during this time.They were always ready to assist the Board with meetings .They were accurate with their inhouse accounting and collection services.I recommend Pioneer Properties and their staff. more

As a homeowner and HOA board member of Legend Oaks I, I can not thank Judy Wilcox and the staff of Pioneer enough for their commitment to our neighborhood. After having a terrible experience with another property management company and losing a hefty fee for our Board of Directors purposely ending our contract short, we settled upon Pioneer Management as our property management company back in 2007. For the past 8 years, Judy has been our Property Manager and has guided us through changes in HOA laws, aided us with delinquent accounts, obtained vendor bids, helped us to enforce our deed restrictions...and these are just some of the many things she does for us. \r \r Judy is always available to answer our questions via phone or email unlike our previous management company which would just route us to someone in their customer service department. Judy is a person who takes pride in her work and it is evident just by driving through our community. She drives our community monthly and helps us keep our ""older neighborhood"" looking nice. Our community is over 20 years old, but is beautifully maintained and I would attribute that to the professional management by Judy and Pioneer Real Estate. \r \r Paul Meisler, the owner of Pioneer, has been in the business for a very long time and the combined experience he and Judy bring to the table, as well as the stellar service the rest of the Pioneer team provide to our HOA is superb! We couldn't ask for a better management company. I would give Pioneer the highest recommendation.\r \r In addition, our community won the Financial Stewardship award with Judy's assistance, (which essentially means we have homeowners who pay their dues)?residents pay their dues because the neighborhood is well maintained and this, in turn, helps everyone in the neighborhood maintain their property values. more

We have lived in the same subdivision for for over 40 years. Most of that time we have been under the management of Pioneer. We have personally had nothing but a positive experience with the company - primarily because of Judy Wilcox. She has always been extremely helpful what ever the reason we had to contact Pioneer. Being in an industry that has to communicate with HOA managing companies on a daily basis, I am always glad to see when a file comes up with Pioneer Real Estate Services. I have always felt that they have a quick response time for needed documentation and they are quick accessable. My experiences with Pioneer have been enhanced when working with Hector Quintanilla especially! When there are non standard files and I am needing to dig a little deeper, Hector has always been very nice and helpful in finding solutions for me as quickly as possible. If he is not able to help directly, he always points me in the right direction. Thank you Hector and Pioneer for making our transactions smooth and timely! more

I will be posting a full report when my lawsuit against Pioneer is complete but for now, I feel like it is my moral duty to society to warn any and all renters and property owners to avoid this company (and all its affiliates like Paul Meisler Realty) like the plague. I have played by all the rules, both legal and ethical, yet Pioneer still uses every opportunity to lie, cheat and steal money from anyone they can. \r \r I rented a house for 7 years and have seen Pioneer do far more damage to this home than anything. The owners live in California so haven't been involved with everything but when they are ready to put their house on the market, they will have a very difficult time selling it due to both the horrible repair work DONE by A-1 Services (really should just call it Pioneer Properties), the "repair" work that was NEVER DONE, and the "repair" work that was done too late. The house will never pass a home inspection with flying colors, that is certain.\r \r Like I said, I will post a more
