I will be posting a full report when my lawsuit against Pioneer is complete but for now, I feel like it is my moral duty to society to warn any and all renters and property owners to avoid this company (and all its affiliates like Paul Meisler Realty) like the plague. I have played by all the rules, both legal and ethical, yet Pioneer still uses every opportunity to lie, cheat and steal money from anyone they can. \r

I rented a house for 7 years and have seen Pioneer do far more damage to this home than anything. The owners live in California so haven't been involved with everything but when they are ready to put their house on the market, they will have a very difficult time selling it due to both the horrible repair work DONE by A-1 Services (really should just call it Pioneer Properties), the "repair" work that was NEVER DONE, and the "repair" work that was done too late. The house will never pass a home inspection with flying colors, that is certain.\r
