As a homeowner and HOA board member of Legend Oaks I, I can not thank Judy Wilcox and the staff of Pioneer enough for their commitment to our neighborhood. After having a terrible experience with another property management company and losing a hefty fee for our Board of Directors purposely ending our contract short, we settled upon Pioneer Management as our property management company back in 2007. For the past 8 years, Judy has been our Property Manager and has guided us through changes in HOA laws, aided us with delinquent accounts, obtained vendor bids, helped us to enforce our deed restrictions...and these are just some of the many things she does for us. \r

Judy is always available to answer our questions via phone or email unlike our previous management company which would just route us to someone in their customer service department. Judy is a person who takes pride in her work and it is evident just by driving through our community. She drives our community monthly and helps us keep our ""older neighborhood"" looking nice. Our community is over 20 years old, but is beautifully maintained and I would attribute that to the professional management by Judy and Pioneer Real Estate. \r

Paul Meisler, the owner of Pioneer, has been in the business for a very long time and the combined experience he and Judy bring to the table, as well as the stellar service the rest of the Pioneer team provide to our HOA is superb! We couldn't ask for a better management company. I would give Pioneer the highest recommendation.\r

In addition, our community won the Financial Stewardship award with Judy's assistance, (which essentially means we have homeowners who pay their dues)?residents pay their dues because the neighborhood is well maintained and this, in turn, helps everyone in the neighborhood maintain their property values.
