Everyone was so thoughtful and nice they wasn't just in it to just make a sale

Called about a vehicle - set up an appointment got an email confirming the appointment and price When I arrived - the price was $4000,00 over what I was quoted for selling price...

Went looking for a new vehicle. Anthony the sales consultant was very helpful to my needs and listened very well to what I wanted. I had a 2006 Maxima loved the car, but wanted a crossover instead. Ended up with a 2009 Rouge and love it. Anthony is a kind and caring individual whom I will never forget during this process. Pinnacle Nissasn's staff were not pushy and helped throughout the entire process including financing the vehicle no hidden charges straight forward that is what I appreciate and expect when buying a vehicle. I have let my friends know that if they are in the market Pinnacle Nissan is the place to purchase. Thank you. more

Great work 9/28/2010

Took my wife's 09 Rouge in for service without an appointment around 10am. I was suprised that the service department was able to accomadate my request. I was in and out within 90 min.'s vehicle washed. A big thanks goes out to the entire staff at Pinnacle Nissan keep up the great work more

Pinnacle Nissan needs more Doug Barsell's there 9/23/2010

Doug Barsell is the reason that I service my car at Pinnacle Nissan. He is the most professional, patient, caring and organized, service advisor, that I have worked with at any dealership. He calls you and gives you a progress report as the car is being worked on. Pinnacle Nissan needs more Doug Barsell's there. more

Doug has been a great service representative. Over the years he has always made sure that we recieve the best service on our Nissan automobiles - we have three of them (down form four). From scheduled maintenance to unexpected issues, Doug always gets us scheduled, gets us in and out on time. more

Absolute best buying experience I have ever had 9/17/2010

I leased a new car from them yesterday. This is my fifth new car purchase and I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Michael Turcotte was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He even helped wash/detail my car so I could get my car faster. The finance manager Tommy Helms did a great job of giving me the deal I needed without the back and forth negotiations. They didn't play any games took great care of me. more

While preparing to complete paper work at the dealership I became very ill. The people there were very concerned and offered complete comfort, support and assistance. They assured me I could return when I was well to complete the process. Yes. It was a very seamless, smooth...everything went perfectly with the whole deal. You could say that Eric Steffies, he was the salesperson. Kendall was very helpful and informative. He had great follow up and returned our calls. Cookie was great in finance. She is very knowledgable and has a fun personality. Respected my wishes 7/21/2010

I had priced this vehicle prior to going to the dealership. I asked the saleman for his best price that was totally "out-the-door" complete, including taxes, registration and all fees. He did and I purchased the vehicle. Also, he respected my wish.....not to hear about the monthly payment. Gabriel more
