Doug Barsell is the reason that I service my car at Pinnacle Nissan. He is the most professional, patient, caring and organized, service advisor, that I have worked with at any dealership. He calls you and gives you a progress report as the car is being worked on. Pinnacle Nissan needs more Doug Barsell's there.
