Called about a vehicle - set up an appointment got an email confirming the appointment and price When I arrived - the price was $4000,00 over what I was quoted for selling price. They said it was dealer add ons. Asked if I read the fine print. I told him there was no fine print in my email Sleazy and disreputable more

Noel Estrada is a true asset to your company. His Customer service skills are impeccable to say the least. I truly hope that this makes it to his manger as they need to know what a great employee they have. I have bought 3 new Nissan 2 from Pinnacle and one elsewhere. I leased a new car from them yesterday. This is my fifth new car purchase and I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Michael Turcotte was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He even helped wash/detail my car so I could get my car faster. The finance manager Tommy Helms did a great job of giving me the deal I needed without the back and forth negotiations. They didn't play any games took great care of me. more

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Pinnacle Nissan and were very pleased with the way we were treated on this most recent visit. Cameron was knowledgeable about the model we were interested in, and explained all the newest features and safety measures that have been added to the new model of Maxima we were looking at. He never got pushy or tried to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle. The only outstanding item we have, that will hopefully prove to be completed as expected, is repair of the minor hail damage that was done during the most recent storms in Scottsdale. After checking some of the used vehicles, I found a vehicle that would meet my requirements. We can't thank Michael and Jonathan enough for all their help. We were not too pleased when we were told we were approved and everything was okay with the first car we bought and left with. Then we were told to come back in on a Monday night, waited 45 minutes to see someone and then told we were not approved and had to leave the car there and had to had them give us a ride back home at almost 9pm. How humilating! We went back in only AFTER Michael called us and said to take a look at a BMW he had just gotten in. We liked it and we were again told us we were approved and PROMISED that we would not be told to come back in and have the same thing happen again. We were very hesitant to do this all over again and sit for another 2 hours of paperwork and waiting. It's been over a week and we still have the car. But we only came back because of Michael and signed the deal because of Michael and Jonathan. Had it not been for them, I would have no problem telling everyone how crappy Pinnacle Nissan treats people. Our second finance guy was quick and amazing and showed us what we had been approved for, no pushy selling, nothing. Now why can't it always be like that? more

I have to say, overall, we had a great experience. John was great and very helpful, and the general manager, Gerry, was awesome. The finance department I can do without. Pushy and condescending; they made an otherwise exceptional experience less so. more
