In November 2009, my wife and I hired Phillips Webster to file our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. Very responsive before the papers and contract were signed. Paid $1,800.00 in full and that's supposed to cover everything until the case is confirmed. Filed the case and went to the 341 Hearing in January 2010. There were a couple of problems with the case before the plan can be confirmed. And the nightmare begins. We tried all communication methods as listed below and receive no response at all. In November 2010, we received a notice from the Trustee's Office that our case will be dismissed if we don't respond by January 19, 2011. terrible bankruptcy lawyer... beware. never do the job .. never answer call or email ..or mail ..when sign the paper said will handle the case until confirmed ...very dissapointed more

This couldnt be a more stressfull situation to be in. My family and I found ourselves overloaded with bills. We never thought something like this would happen to us, but we needed to do something fast because we lost control. We called 1 800 Bankrupt and it was smooth sailing from there. They got us in the same day i called to ask just a couple questions. The consultation was free but they did tell me they could help, and that I could hire them that same day. Let me tell you, with our current financial situation I was not prepared to fork out any money for this, but they didnt care. They let us make a payment plan for the fees and started work right away. Before you know it, our debt was discharged. Each and every person working on my case was so sweat and carring to our situation, which really helped because we were nervous recks going into this. Anyways, I dont hope that too many people are in our position, but for those who are these guys are the way to go. more

Phillips and Webster is all great and responsive until you sign the papers then you wonder if you even hired anyone at all. I've had two separate case managers work on my case, both of which are complete idiots and not once have I been able to have a conversation with an actual attorney. I have had to call over and over again to make sure that my case manager actually did what she said she was going to do and never has it actually been done and she usually couldn't remember what we had talked about and had to be reminded. Paperwork was constantly lost and excuses were constantly made as to why things had not been handled and there was no communication as to what was going on with my case unless I called over and over again and waited days for a return phone call. This place is full of idiots and excuses for why they can't do their jobs and now thanks to them not doing what they were supposed to do I am now facing collections for unpaid medical bills because they didnt send off the needed paperwork. And guess what? They said that it wasn't their fault and it was up to me to pay for it. I vow to make it my life's work to make sure no one ever uses this place! I can't believe I even have to give them one star, they dont deserve any! more

Super Friendly In the begining, after you add your signature to the paperwork that is when the destruction begins. They make everything sound great, like they will take great care of you, in the end your paying them big for nothing much. They were not that organized They kept requesting papers to be resigned stating they never recieve them. Are they really doing there job? sounds like a scam to me. more

I thought my lawyers were not doing the job, So talked to there marketing guy shawn who set an appointment for me and did not show till 45 min later, which ended up making me late for work and getting a point, then the assistant robyn who stated she will call me next day to assist me with getting a loan, I never recieved the call. Ended up releaseing them from working for me. It was worse than the last reps I had. more

Wish I could have actually spoke with an attorney, but just had contact with assistants. I did not actually end up using their services, so I cannot comment on what their follow-up, etc. would have been like. more

dont choose this. they charge high fees with bad customer service. At first they are really nice to me and once Isigned with them they dont care anymore. they dont contact me for updates, and dont return phone calls. I am very thankfull to have Glenn Phillips on my side. Both my mom and my step-mom were involved in auto accidents and I sent both of them to Mr. Phillips. My mom was recieving phone calls from the insurance companies at work and on her cell phone, telling her that she wasn't hurt and that she was just trying to get them to pay for her care. After signing on with Mr. Phillips she no longer had to deal with the insurance companies, she got the care that she needed, and a settlement! Mr. Phillips and his office care about their clients, take time with their clients and fight for them. I always refer to Mr. Phillips and his office....They are the best! After working with them personally more than once, I wouldn't hesitate...they make life easier after an accident! Pros: Effective, caring, thorough. Cons: Car accidents!! more

My experience was mostly with Glenn Phillips himself, but everyone I met there was awesome. He was first and foremost professional, and I really felt like he listened to everything I said, and if he didn't understnand was I was saying asked really pointed questions. My feeeling was "" Here's someone who gets the heart of the matter right away. "" I guess that's what attorneys do, anyway: ask the right questions. \r I was suprised to see that there were locations all over the north and east parts of Seattle; there's a good reason for that. I like my attorneys aggressive on my behalf, and have to say that I would take this law firm on as may attorneys any time. God help whoever is on the other side of the courtroom! Pros: Too many to mention: Great staff, Great value, super sharp attorney Cons: To few and little to mention more
