Review content:
In November 2009, my wife and I hired Phillips Webster to file our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. Very responsive before the papers and contract were signed. Paid $1,800.00 in full and that's supposed to cover everything until the case is confirmed. Filed the case and went to the 341 Hearing in January 2010. There were a couple of problems with the case before the plan can be confirmed. And the nightmare begins. We tried all communication methods as listed below and receive no response at all. In November 2010, we received a notice from the Trustee's Office that our case will be dismissed if we don't respond by January 19, 2011. Since then we've hired a new attorney to represent us. 01/14/2010 Sent Email to Jorgette Garcia jorgette@phillipswebster 01/21/2010 Left Message for Tom Coy at Cell Phone 06/04/2010 Sent Email to tom@phillipswebster and jorgette@phillipswebster 06/11/2010 Called Jorgette Garcia and left message 12/02/2010 At 08:13 am Called and left message for Sophia 12/02/2010 At 08:58 am Called and left message for Sophia 12/02/2010 At 09:27 am Faxed the court papers to 425-970-6790 12/02/2010 At 10:08 am Called and left message for Sophia 12/02/2010 At 11:06 am Called and left message for Sophia 12/02/2010 At 02:50 pm Called and left message for Sophia 12/03/2010 Sent certified mail with return receipt to Renton Office 12/03/2010 Visited the Woodinville Office, spoke to Nora Perez.
