Worst service out there 6/15/2014

My wife and I bought our jeep here and the salesperson was good. Thank you Todd. But we chose the option of getting the LoJack installed which should be a two-hour job. My wife took the our baby to a caregiver, then dropped the car off in the morning and took their shuttle service into work. She didn't hear from them so called them at 4 o'clock when they said that it wasn't yet finished. At a 5:45 she called again where she was told that the car was finished at 2:45 when they called to let her know...and unfortunately they were closing and couldn't pick her up. Thus they effectively stranded my wife at work and kept the car with our child safety seat in the back locked up. I had to take a few hours off work to go get another one while we had to have family go pick up her and the baby. They have no idea what kind of danger and overall inconvenience they posed to my family. Josh, the $&@$! service tech responsible for this travesty claims he called and left her voicemail. there was no more

This was my first Chrysler purchase of my life. My salesman was the best ""Doug"" He transferred all my belongings from my old car into my new car. He called twice since I purchased the Chrsyelr 200 to see how i liked the car. That is very important! Customer follow up. Thank you Chrysler Parkway for the wonderful experience. more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 1/23/2013

I left my car twice at this place (11am to 7pm, then 10am to 530pm) - to have my heat fixed. Whether it was because its under warantee and they only fix cars for paying customers, or they are just plain jerks... I don't know. But 2 full days at the dealership and they tell me they never got around to fixing it. The worst part is, the service adviser Tommy Frederick LIED to me saying that they need to order a part to fix the car. Sorry Tommy, your technician and service cashier blew your cover when they told me that the part is actually IN STOCK, but they never got around to fixing my car. The thing that makes me crazy is that they never called me to tell me that my car was NOT being fixed. All day they tell me my car is being "worked on" then I go there at the end of the day, and they haven't even opened up my car!\r \r What kind of operation are they running? If it is too busy and the job cannot be done, please let me know and do not waste my time. Please, at least give me the respect a more

Truck is fine 5/24/2011

Truck is fine. She made 1500 miles already, most of it in Thanks Giving long weekend. On a highway she made 18.9 miles to gallon what really surprised me. more

I am the type of person that believes in respect, honesty, and treating a person fairly. So when my car had to go in for a repair, I had to do my research. I also have anxiety and was very nervous about walking in there after reading some of the bad reviews people wrote. This dealership was the best I have found EVER. I have one word...IMPRESSED. The service guy,Josh, went out of his way for me. He was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. He cared about my time and my concern. They even picked me up at my job and dropped me off without any problems. WOW. The staff was VERY NICE. The car has not had any problems since I went there and I will be returning to buy my next vehicle. OUTSTANDING!!! SO GLAD I OVERLOOKED THE BAD REVIEWS AND CAME IN!!! more

Best experience 4/20/2011

Ted and the people that worked so very hard to get us financed (my husband is on disability and we had filed for bankruptcy in 2010) were fantastic. They made us feel that those factors were minor and they would make the financing happen and they did! It was by far the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. I will most certainly refer family and friends to Parkway. Thank you. more

the whole experience was a very pleasant one. We also greatly appreciate your knowledge and willingness to pursue that extra $1500 rebate that allowed us to complete this lease. I will also add that Russ was very helpful and thorough in reviewing all of the new features on the van and even programming our phones and garage door opener. This is a great dealership that just keeps people wanting to come back. It is obvious that everyone enjoys their jobs and are motivated to help customers. I assure you there are very few if any dealerships who have this commitment anymore to customers. more

Extremely pleased 4/1/2011

I brought my car (2007 Jeep Compass) in for service to my brakes on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 and I just wanted to say I am extremely pleased with the technicians that worked on my car and Joe Coely who assisted me with my car and explained to me some services I needed to keep my car running. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism I received from Joe Coely who called me to tell me my brakes looked good. He advised me of some other services I should get done on my car and since my brakes were okay, I had the power steering and fuel injector services done. I just wanted to say thanks for great service. He called me and couldn't have been nicer and he kept me informed at every step of the process for my vehicle. Your staff at the cashier counter are extremely friendly as well. It's nice that i can go to a dealership and know that I get professional service and not some outside mechanic who probably would have charged me for new brakes that weren't needed. Thank you as always and please share with the dealer's manager and owner how I am pleased with your services. Thanks to Joe Coely too. more

We absolutely LOVE the Jeep, and Jay was such a help. He knew all the inside ?Jeep? info and was an absolute joy to work with. I love that Jeep more than anything I?ve ever driven, and can tell we?ll be back for a second one when the Mazda goes back in August. more
