When I went to go look for a car at Parkway, I was immediatley greeted by Steve. I did not have to wander around the store to wait for someone to approach me (which I hate). He made me feel welcome and that he genuinely cared about helping me and answering any of my questions. He did not talk down to me or appear superior to me because I did not know a lot about cars. He walked around with me and showed me all the cars and told me he would try to get me the best deal he could. Steve did not try to pressure me into buying a car that I didnt want and try to rip me off like other salesmen. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. more

Good people and amazing service 3/15/2011

I recently purchased two used vehicles from Parkway. A 2007 Chrysler 300C AWD and a 2008 Town and Country Limited. I have been happy with both. One month after I purchased the 300C (as is, no warranty) I noticed the front rotors vibrated alarmingly under heavy braking. Parkway owed me nothing but took the car in and fixed the issue. They aren't the cheapest around but I got a fair deal on both cars and have had no complaints. You can find cheaper online but the conveniance and selection at the dealership is unsurpassed. That's worth a little extra to me. more

We bought a new Dodge Ram, I read the reviews and decided to try them anyway. My sale was smooth and they negotiated prices with me. Which worked out our to my benefit I feel they gave us a great deal. If your in the market for a vehicle? Try them out it is a nice place. more

Great dealership 1/6/2011

Great Dealership?? I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Parkway Chrysler. I thought everything went perfect. I shopped a few stores prior to coming to them and ran into the typical car salesmen. When I called Parkway, I got a friendly salesperson, Sean Drake, on the phone. He worked with me to get the Jeep that I wanted. I feel that Sean went above and beyond to help my wife set up the car in the way she wanted. It seemed to be a busy place, but still very relaxed. Everything went very smooth, with none of the typical car dealership run around. I would highly recommend Sean and Parkway. more

Brian was excellent to work with. Great attitude and worked very hard to get me the best price around. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. After the sale I was introduced to the service deptartment who welcomed me and congratulated me on my new ram truck. Very nice people and great prices at this dealership. more

Professional service 12/13/2010

My experience at the dealer was good. Professional service and nice facility made a good impression on me. Truck is fine. She made 1500 miles already, most of it in Thanks Giving long weekend. On a highway she made 18.9 miles to gallon what really surprised me. more
