the whole experience was a very pleasant one. We also greatly appreciate your knowledge and willingness to pursue that extra $1500 rebate that allowed us to complete this lease. I will also add that Russ was very helpful and thorough in reviewing all of the new features on the van and even programming our phones and garage door opener. This is a great dealership that just keeps people wanting to come back. It is obvious that everyone enjoys their jobs and are motivated to help customers. I assure you there are very few if any dealerships who have this commitment anymore to customers.
