Parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I am the type of person that believes in respect, honesty, and treating a person fairly. So when my car had to go in for a repair, I had to do my research. I also have anxiety and was very nervous about walking in there after reading some of the bad reviews people wrote. This dealership was the best I have found EVER. I have one word...IMPRESSED. The service guy,Josh, went out of his way for me. He was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. He cared about my time and my concern. They even picked me up at my job and dropped me off without any problems. WOW. The staff was VERY NICE. The car has not had any problems since I went there and I will be returning to buy my next vehicle. OUTSTANDING!!! SO GLAD I OVERLOOKED THE BAD REVIEWS AND CAME IN!!! more

Sales staff is a joke. Not willing to search other dealers for what you are looking for, the monthly payments they pulled out of their butts were $150 more than what I was originally quoted. Avoid this place at all costs, I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at another dealership and they matched the monthly payment I was looking for. Cons: Everything more

When purchasing our Chrysler Town & Country we were made alot of promises and none were kept. The promised me a DVD player for the back.
