Whether it was because its under warantee and they only fix cars for paying customers, or they are just plain jerks... I don't know. But 2 full days at the dealership and they tell me they never got around to fixing it. The worst part is, the service adviser Tommy Frederick LIED to me saying that they need to order a part to fix the car. Sorry Tommy, your technician and service cashier blew your cover when they told me that the part is actually IN STOCK, but they never got around to fixing my car. All day they tell me my car is being "worked on" then I go there at the end of the day, and they haven't even opened up my car!\r \r What kind of operation are they running? If it is too busy and the job cannot be done, please let me know and do not waste my time. Please, at least give me the respect a
