Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

Great work, on time, excellent service 8/14/2014

A criminal tried to punch the lock on our car and broke the internal parts, scratched the paint, and dented the door around the handle. Jaremko worked with our insurance company to handle this on time, as planned, with obviously "like new" results for paint and body work. more

great dealer and service 8/5/2014

I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima at Jaremko. They were the only dealership to follow up and sell me the car. They weren't out yet and other dealers never called me back. There was no pressure and always let me review the information. The service department is so courteous and get the job done quickly. I've been there less than 30 minutes for an oil change. more

Maintenance is very good; procurement of parts not so good 8/2/2014

Procurement of parts was said to take a week but when called after a week, parts were not there. No new date was given leaving me to wonder if they had been ordered. more

had an appointment and they took care of us right away washed our pickup also and point out a small problem that is under warranty that we will get fixed in a couple of weeks thanks again more

Tires seem to be difficult... 7/31/2014

I took in my new Xterra that I leased from Jaremko Nissan because when the reversed my tires to put the white lettering on the inside of the wheels they scratched the rims of all my wheels. Instead of fixing the problem I was told they were polished out by hand, which they weren't. The service manger told me ,"I was the only one who would see them" and that it was "No big deal" they were scratched. Unfortunately sir, I bought this vehicle new and they weren't like that when I bought it. After getting others at Jaremko involved it was agreed that they would replace the wheels from another car on the lot. It took two days for them to switch the wheels. Two days to change four tires. This is what I spent two of my days off waiting at their dealership in the lobby for. more
