Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

Efficient service, friendly staff 10/15/2014

I brought my car in to have a key programmed. The car came back to me clean, and in a timely fashion. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely return. more

Professional products, fair price and Customer service 9/9/2014

The place is great but the recent addition of a Customer Service person is annoying and redundant. For years every employee was a customer service person. Now with the new employee they have everybody in the place asking you how your doing, what do you need, and multiple times I was asked by everyone that you see, if you want coffee or water. Just give it a rest and let people wait for their repairs without being constantly bothered. more

The service department takes excellent care of my Saab. The work performed is high quality and they do not "invent" problems that do not exist. I trust them. The only improvement I can suggest is to insure the car wash is complete, including the wheels. more

Our car always needs more work than we can afford and they are still polite and efficient. When I ask to have my car washed and vacuumed they do not do a very good job. In some cases, it is not done at all. I don't believe I should have to ask. It should be a perk for choosing Jaremko. more

I have my routine car maintenance done at Jaremko. The staff is professional, I don't need an appointment, my car goes through a check point system so I know if I need additional parts or services, and I leave in a timely manner with a clean car. more

i was told one thing about a light on my 350 z and charged a lot and went in twice and then they told me it was a reflector no one care about how much i paid for two bulbs to be changed that i didn't not need over a hundred dollars very unhappy more
