Great customer service. 7/11/2014

Took my car in with out an appointment just to see when I could come back. Jim took it right away and fixed the issue while I ran to Costco. I was not expecting that at all. As I was leaving Costco Jim called and said my car was ready. I went to pick up my car and it was clean and the service was less than what I was expecting. more
