Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

Good Thorough Service 12/5/2014

A lot of firsts: 1. First service visit at Jaremko 2. First time for this car 3. First time for an all electric car. As a result, I didn't know what to expect. I brought the car in for a battery check (very important for an all electric car) and nothing else. I can't be sure for all the reasons mentioned above, but I think Gary tried to sell me other services that I didn't want. (The battery check was free.) On the positive side: Gary "went the extra mile" and made me a copy of the complete service history for the car. (I am the second owner.) Another guy (an electric car specialist) took the time to explain the battery check procedure to me as I had the wrong idea about what it was. Very satisfied overall. more

Friendly, Accomodating, and Personable 12/4/2014

Everything about the experience was easy, real, and fun. Even when things got stressful on my end they did everything in their power to keep me comfortable and took any extra time needed to talk me through my many questions. They also went out of their way to honor me being a previous customer with them and thanking me for coming back. They made the process as simple as possible and I will definitely travel back there to work with them again. more

Your staff is extremely professional and courteous. I am always impressed and appreciative when I bring my car in for service. It is a Saab which I bought new from you in 2004. It is still like new, in good part due to the care it receives at your shop. Kudos to Jim Ericsson and Daryl. I would also like to compliment Al, your shuttle driver. Repair & Maintenance Completed Successfully on 2002 Pathfinder 11/20/2014

A Jaremko technician spotted a leaking seal on the front differential during a routine oil change & inspection. Service Advisor Jim, who is very attentive to customers, also recommended a change of the 12-year old fuel filter before a problem arose. Both parts had to be ordered. Jim found a convenient day to perform the work & the technician completed the work that day. more
