I took in my new Xterra that I leased from Jaremko Nissan because when the reversed my tires to put the white lettering on the inside of the wheels they scratched the rims of all my wheels. Instead of fixing the problem I was told they were polished out by hand, which they weren't. The service manger told me ,"I was the only one who would see them" and that it was "No big deal" they were scratched. Unfortunately sir, I bought this vehicle new and they weren't like that when I bought it. After getting others at Jaremko involved it was agreed that they would replace the wheels from another car on the lot. It took two days for them to switch the wheels. Two days to change four tires. This is what I spent two of my days off waiting at their dealership in the lobby for.
