The customer service was fairly good, thought it was great they gave me a loaner car for the day. Only disappointment was I was not given a phone call when my car was ready and I also wasn't asked if I wanted fully synthetic oil. more

Politeness, Oil change is done in reasonable amount of time & waiting room is comfortable 6/14/2014

I drive from Kettle Falls, Washington to have the oil changed in my Murano because I feel I will get the best service possible. Jaremko has a customer care service department. When I leave I feel comfortable that everything has been done right. more

Ryan Harris is a great salesman. He did not hassle with me and made every effort to get the price that I wanted. Even afterwards he took the time to make sure that the truck was as I wanted it. Going above and beyond. I had been looking for a Titan Pro4x for about 2 months and this was the 3rd one that I finally got great customer service. more
