The place is great but the recent addition of a Customer Service person is annoying and redundant. For years every employee was a customer service person.
Now with the new employee they have everybody in the place asking you how your doing, what do you need, and multiple times I was asked by everyone that you see, if you want coffee or water. Just give it a rest and let people wait for their repairs without being constantly bothered.
