Wanted to take my father to Nagel's to get some ammo for his 380, I was able to walk in and find it, purchase it and walk out about a 10 minutes later. My Dad drives up about 200 ...

Stopped in today for a Hail Mary repair on a new shotgun purchase. They fixed the gun, had me on my way (it wasn't a huge issue) with a handshake. I will be back to use this store again since its closer to my place of business than where I normally go. \r \r Awesome staff. Wish I had the time to look around. more

The entire staff here was extremely helpful and made my purchasing experience very simple. They're all helpful and we had some good laughs about indestructible Glock stories. As a first time buyer, I felt as if I had known these guys forever. They have an extensive amount of Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glocks. I'd definitely recommend this place for your purchasing of any arms. They won my business now and in the future. more

Bought my fourth & fifth handgun from Nagel's yesterday & then ordered my sixth which should be in next week. Very knowledgable group of guys & all willing to help out. Price competitive on most brands & models (incl. online outlets) and usually ""In Stock"". Which means you can walk out with your newest little friend! more

Nagel's Gun Shop has a huge selection of firearms, accessories and ammo at great prices. Don't waste your time at those other gun stores. You'll find nothing but disappointment. Also be sure to look at their Class 3 selection. more

  • The largest independent gun shop in san antonio Homer Nagel began customizing military rifles for hunting and shooting sports in his garage in 1942. With growing demand he and his son Robert H. Nagel established a retail store front and they began selling firearms, accessories and gunsmithing services. With strength, drive, and sacrifice the Nagel family transformed an idea in a garage to one of the largest family owned gun stores in Texas.
