Worst

Wanted to take my father to Nagel's to get some ammo for his 380, I was able to walk in and find it, purchase it and walk out about a 10 minutes later. My Dad drives up about 200 ...

I felt well served, the sales-person 5/23/2012

I felt well served, the sales-person even helped me get my gear out to the car. During the hour I was there, no less than 5 different people asked me if I had been helped or if I needed any help. In that light, I felt the customer service was outstanding. Again, it was an all around excellent experience. more

Nagel gun shop has a variety of things to shop for like firearms, different kinds of knives, optics I mean I can go on and on. What you are looking for I?m pretty sure you?ll find. I gave it a shot and found what I was looking for! They are nice and very attentive. Great place to go shop at. more

Charles went beyond the sale. He didn't pressure me into buying both guns, that was my ideal. But he was so helpful, knew so much about the firearms, and wasn't rushed even though he hadn't had lunch at 3pm! more

I come here often now at least 2-3 times a week. Staff is really chill and friendly. Usually I come around 6-7 and I always see them working. Those guys are great. more

Nagel established a retail store front and they began selling firearms, accessories and gunsmithing services. With strength, drive, and sacrifice the Nagel family transformed an idea in a garage to one of the largest family owned gun stores in Texas.
