My first visit to Nagel's and I must admit I was a bit concerned after all of the negative reviews on this site. That said, it was an excellent experience. \r

When I first walked in, the store seemed somewhat congested - with merchandise everywhere. Also, there were quite a few customers in the store, which only added to things.\r

There were three people behind the gun counter (I later learned there's more than one counter) and they were all busy with customers. My suspicion was that it was going to be a long wait to get helped. Within a few minutes, however, someone approached me and asked if he could help. I was looking for the Mossberg 930 SPX tactical shotgun and he did a good job of explaining the difference between that gun and others. The gun was reasonably priced for a brick & morter experience. I told him I wanted the gun and that I wanted a light attachment. He explained the differences and I picked a model, he then mounted the light and explained how and why he mounted it the way he did.\r

I then asked for tritium sites for my Glock, he provided them and had the gunsmith mount them while I waited (about 10 minutes). They also gave me a reasonable trade-in for a .32 pistol I brought along.\r

I felt well served, the sales-person even helped me get my gear out to the car. During the hour I was there, no less than 5 different people asked me if I had been helped or if I needed any help. In that light, I felt the customer service was outstanding. Again, it was an all around excellent experience.
