i bought a rolex last April. after about 4 months i had an issue with the watch, it was fixed and sent back. it is now 10 months and the crystel is broken, they are fixing it. the point of my review is i am the typ of man why is never happy. they have exceded every expectation. they are outstanding and i have sent them 8 customers. keep up the good work. more

I got a great watch. 12/26/2011

I believe I got the best deal I could at Melrose Jewelers. I got a big raise and decided to buy myself a Rolex. I bought a gold Datejust that looks brand new. I could not be happier with it. I like that it comes with a two year warranty. In my opinion Melrose Jewelers are a good people. I will continue to shop there from now on. more

Great place for rolex watches 12/26/2011

I never thought it would be so easy to purchase a Rolex watch online and get exactly what you want with no hassle. Melrose Jewelers made that possible for me. Melrose Jewelers has everything you could ever want in a piece of jewelry. Their merchandise is classy and elegant. Their website is easy to use. They have the lowest prices I could find. Everything is a steal! I don't think I will ever have a reason to shop anywhere else for this kind of item. Melrose Jewelers made it easy for me to find what I want. Great Overall Experience 12/26/2011

Melrose Jewelers eased my worries of purchasing a Rolex online. It's difficult for me to trust websites that claim to sell authentic Rolex. There's so many knockoffs online it's ridiculous! Melrose Jewelers customer service was fantastic. Their representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. Shipping was fast and my watch was well packaged. They also have a great return policy. I would recommend anyone looking for a Rolex at a reasonable price to check them out. more

Top notch 12/21/2011

I seen Melrose Jewelers just browsing the web and was curious. I went to their website and liked what I saw. Their prices were really low. They were used Rolex's but Rolex quality lasts a long time so a three year old watch is still basically new. The watch I got looked brand new. I love my new watch. I would recommend Melrose Jewelers to a friend. more

Melrose is my new favorite jewelers 12/21/2011

Being from the Kansas City area, we are pretty limited as far as how to buy a Rolex watch. We could always make a purchase from the guy outside of Arrowhead stadium, but something tells me I just wont quite get what I'm looking for. Melrose Jewelers came up in a search I was doing and I was very impressed with the overwhelming response by their customers. When I called in to speak with them about placing an order, I easily understood why they have so many positive reviews. Melrose Jewelers has top-notch customer service! Melrose jewelers is great! I purchased a Rolex from there this holiday season for my brother 3 days ago and it arrived today. Besides the free shipping and handling i receieved and their deal to use 20% as storecredit for your next purchase, i found that Melrose jewelers had an extremely speedy shipping speed. I wanted to buy a watch and chose to use Melrose Jewelers. They have the lowest prices I could find online. The Rolex's are used but look fantastic. I was also impressed with their customer service. I love Melrose Jewelers they sell the most amazing Rolex watches. They make sure that everything they sell is authentic and appraised. This place rocks. I just bought another Rolex from them and I love it. I love everything about this place from the 3% cash back on my next purchase to the fact that if I need to speak to someone I can. Perfect Place for Holiday Shopping 12/21/2011

With the coming of the holidays, I've been looking for a nice gift for my wife. I did a quick online search and came across Melrose Jewelers. So many great reviews! I went into the store, and I was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and not pushy, and the selection was great. Now I've got a deluxe Rolex sitting under the tree, waiting for Xmas. Great watches and great prices. 12/21/2011

Christmas was taking care of thanks to Melrose Jewelry. I checked out this site because the reviews were so positive everywhere I looked. The site was really easy to use, and the customer service was beyond excellent. I had a rather large order, a Rolex for my step-father, a matching one for my mother. I got my boyfriend and I a matching set of Cartier pieces. The prices were so good I just couldn't help myself. The customer service, quality and prices are unmatched. I couldn't have wished for better. Thank you so much, if they didn't have such great warranties I would buy one every time they had a sale. I might just have to become a watch person. more

Rolling out the Red Carpet 12/19/2011

My dad has always needed a Rolex. He is one of those meticulous men who always wore a suit because of work. Raising eight kids he was never able to afford the Rolex of his dreams. Now that my siblings and I are grown and my dad is retired, we all decided to give him a Rolex for his birthday. My brother found Melrose Jewelers thanks to a business partner of his who has shopped there before. Our shopping experience was easy with an easy website and a great selection! We received the watch within a week and my dad was shocked when we presented his gift to him. He said it made him feel famous having all of us kids and grandkids there giving him such a wonderful gift! As a matter of fact, the prices were so great, two of my brothers have bought themselves one to match dad's. :) more

I found Melrose Jewelers when Christmas shopping this year. I was looking for a used Rolex for my husband for Christmas. Melrose has the best selection around. Their prices are so much more amazing than I expected. The shipping and processing was EXTREMELY quick. Their staff was so very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and then some. The watch is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high end watch! more

An Affordable Luxury 12/19/2011

I needed something to help convey my success as a young businessman, so a friend suggested that I purchase a Rolex. I scoffed at first, I couldn't justify spending $25,000 on a watch. However after shopping around and eventually purchasing my Stainless Steel Rolex Sea Dweller from Melrose Jewelers, I found I not only could afford a Rolex, I would've gladly paid full price! The watch is without a doubt the greatest purchase I've ever made. It arrived promptly the next day, even though I ordered it mid-December. And with Melrose Jewelers comprehensive 2 year warranty I'm not worried about wearing it around. I'll definitely be making future purchases with Melrose Jewelers! more

Rolex for a fraction of the price! 12/19/2011

I couldn't believe the prices on Rolex's at Melrose Jewelers. I was in shock! I was a little worried about the authenticity at first. I checked them out and they are legit so I ordered myself an early birthday present. I was amazed at how fast the I got it. It was just what I imagined it would be.. and more! I love wearing this watch and wish I had more occasions to wear it! Melrose Jewelers is an awesome company that cares about their customers. I give them 2 thumbs up! more

Excellent Service for Watches 12/19/2011

I was in town visiting some family for the holidays, (I live in NYC, although I used to live in LA) I wanted to get my father a very nice gift for his 60 birthday/christmas this year. They happen to fall in the same week. After checking out the Rolex selection at a few of the more well known department stores in town, I decided that I would venture off to a specialty retailer. I've got to tell you that Melrose jewelers is now my number one watch destination whenever I'm on the west coast. They had an amazing selection, but more importantly, they salesmen were not pushy and were very frank with me about the various watch types. When you've going to invest a lot of cash in a great Rolex watch, you don't want to feel pressured. The price tag is pressure enough. The guys at MJ's were professional, courteous, and non invasive. I settled on a gorgeous watch that I can't wait to give to my father. more
